I work as a Senior product designer in the Mobility team, where we’re building the Scanner mobile application for iOS and Android that supports in-store inventory and sales. Our team’s goal is to improve the in-store shopping experience and increase customer satisfaction by giving retail staff the tools to better serve customers on the floor. The app provides product and customer insights and enables staff to complete sales away from the register.

I was part of a cross-functional and multicultural team that provided digital solutions to Genesi's biggest clients. Our team is responsible for Energy IQ for Business, which is a platform that allows customers to easily view and manage their energy consumption, costs, billing, and carbon emissions.
